TABD in coordination with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and several other transatlantic business organizations welcomes the re-energized work of the EU-U.S. Investment Dialogue and calls for the adoption of a joint set of policy principles for open investment.

In a concerted effort, TABD along with six transatlantic business associations today submitted a letter on the important issue on IPR erosion to the TEC Co-Chairs Commissioner Karel De Gucht and Deputy Assistant Michael Froman ahead of the forthcoming TEC meeting on November 29th.
